In this project, you and your teammates (group size: 3-4) will develop an international business plan for a company based in Nova Scotia. You are developing a plan for the company to begin selling its products in a country outside of North America. This project will require you to conduct secondary research to select an appropriate country for your product. You will also research current competitors in that country and their marketing efforts. Finally, you will develop a plan of entry and strategy for that country.
This project will be submitted in three parts throughout the term. At the end of the term, your group will present the international business plan to the class.
