By examining and reviewing the ‘The Bill of Rights’ you are able to acknowledge and value the ‘Civil Liberties’ embedded in the American Constitution.
Mission:
Please choose 2 Historical Civil Liberties issues that stem out form the Bill of Rights with the appropriate amendments that are part of them and reflect on their importance and how they need to reform or even affect our society today in the 21st Century.
e.g. Right to Privacy (First, Third, Fourth, Ninth, and Fourteen Amendments).

Be creative and suggest reforms or new clauses on the amendments that can improve the provisions; appeal to our ‘modern society’ and its needs.
